These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of any websites, platforms, products, or services provided by HivePlatforms (Parent company of BuildersHive) (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our websites, platforms, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our platforms or purchasing our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts & Access

You may be required to create an account to access certain services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscription Services

Certain services are provided on a subscription basis (e.g., monthly software/platform access).

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with Section 5 (Cancellations).

By starting a subscription, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.

4. Done-For-You (DFY) & Custom Services

If you purchase custom services (e.g., website builds, funnel setup, marketing assistance), a separate proposal or agreement may apply.

DFY services may require an upfront deposit, with the balance due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Timelines and deliverables are estimates and may vary depending on scope and client responsiveness.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not issue pro-rated refunds.

DFY Services: Deposits for DFY/custom services are non-refundable once work has begun. Remaining balances may be refundable only if services have not been delivered.

Trial Periods: If we offer a free trial, you will be charged automatically at the end of the trial unless specified on sign-up form and/or unless you cancel before the trial ends.

6. Payment Terms

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your credit card information.

Late or failed payments may result in account suspension.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use our services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

Copy, distribute, or resell our platforms, content, or materials without permission.

Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with our systems.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software made available through our services remain the property of HivePlatforms (Or HivePlatform's sub-brands) or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for your own business purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HivePlatforms or our sub-brands (e.g., BuildersHive) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee specific business results from using our platforms or services.

Any marketing, sales, or revenue outcomes depend on factors outside of our control.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state of North Carolina without regard to conflict of law principles.
